Domestic Shipping
Seller covers domestic shipping on order above $600. Minimum order is set to $300 and a shipping and handling fee of $30 is applied. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Shipper will be, at our discretion, usually UPS Ground . UPS Ground (typical transit time two to six business days). We ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
International shipping
Domestic shipping policy applies when shipping to your freight forwarder (FF). If buyer is not using a FF, Shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. It is your responsibility to verify with the Customs office that the items you order are allowed into the country to which they will be shipped. If the products are not allowed, they will be confiscated by that government. It is also your responsibility to discover if duties, or taxes, or customs fees are charged on your purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping fees Bird Street Bistro charges. They are extra fees assessed by that government and are due and payable to them upon receipt of your merchandise.
